Messages and collaborations
The contact form prepares a draft in your email application. The website itself does not send your message or store it on a server. If you send an email, Marco Catterina uses your name, email address, optional company details and message to reply and discuss a collaboration. Providing information is voluntary. Depending on the message, processing supports steps you request before entering an agreement or the legitimate interest of answering your inquiry. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the inquiry or collaboration, and longer where necessary to document an agreement or meet a legal obligation.
Basic website traffic
The website uses PostHog Cloud EU to measure page views without analytics cookies. It records the page path, language, referring origin and basic browser and device information. Form contents, URL query parameters and fragments are excluded. Screen recordings, automatic click capture, advertising and person profiles are disabled.
How measurement without cookies works
A random technical identifier is created for each page load. It is not saved in cookies, local storage or session storage and changes on the next load, so it cannot link separate visits. PostHog is configured to discard client IP addresses at project level, and we do not collect location data.
Legal basis for analytics
We use basic traffic measurement on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our interests are understanding overall website traffic and keeping the website functional and secure. We limit collection to page views and basic technical information, without person profiles or an identifier stored in your browser. You may object to this processing through the contact email.
Remembering a dismissed notice
When you click “Got it”, the website stores only your dismissal preference in this tab’s session storage. That preference is not sent to PostHog or used to measure visits. Dismissing the message does not give analytics consent. The notice may appear again after the browser session ends.
Providers and retention
Cloudflare delivers the website, Gmail provides the email inbox, and PostHog Cloud EU provides basic analytics. We retain analytics events for no longer than 12 months. To deliver and secure their services, these providers may process necessary technical network information and use approved subprocessors. Where information is processed outside the European Economic Area, providers use applicable safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the contact email above. You may also complain to Slovakia’s Office for Personal Data Protection. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
